Ravel – Tombeau de Couperin (new arrangement by Ryan Trew)
Beethoven – Symphony No. 2
Estacio – The Houses Stand Not Far Apart

A poignant program woven around themes of unity and optimism. Led by interim Music Director, Evan Mitchell, this concert opens with Ravel’s “Tombeau de Couperin”, a piece dedicated to a friend lost in the first World War. Beethoven’s infectiously joyful “Symphony No.2” and Canadian composer John Estacio’s “The Houses Stand Not Far Apart”, a deeply moving ode to peace, round out this final concert in the Voices series.Trew – Symphony 1
